SHIPPING POLICY
We only offer delivery to the UK and the delivery charge is £4.99. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days. However, sometimes deliveries may take longer. A signature is required for all deliveries.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return any full priced item within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Unfortunately all sale and/or discounted items cannot be returned for refund. These sales are a final.

Please note refunds for all full priced items will be the total of the value of goods returned. All postage costs incurred when placing the order or returning your unwanted items are non-refundable. For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.

Items must show no signs of wear; please take care to avoid the transfer of make-up when trying on
garments. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unmarked in any way.
To qualify for a return the items must be free from any signs of wear and tear.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any items for return which are damaged due to staining from food,
make-up, sweat etc. We do our best to accept all returns, however, in the case where
the return is in an unsuitable condition for resale we may not accept it and it will be
returned to the sender. In some cases return postage will be charged to the buyer.

For reasons of health and hygiene, products for piercings and intimate wear (including underwear, swimwear and loungewear) are non returnable. Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items marked with a “+” next to the product name cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. Please note until we receive the goods back they will remain the property of the owner and as such we will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises.

We recommend you use a recorded postal service and a service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. The cost of the return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise all customers to check their goods upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

All items will be inspected upon return to our premises and items which show evidence of wear and staining from the transfer of make-up, fake-tan, food, sweat will be returned to the customer.
​
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
